Information about the data controller, processing purposes and user rights on the MD-TECHNIKA website.

2. Scope and sources of data
The mdt.pl website is a simple business card site. We collect personal data only when you voluntarily submit it via the contact form:
- full name,
- email address,
- phone number (optional),
- company name (optional),
- message / inquiry content.
When browsing the site, standard technical data may be logged automatically: IP address, browser and operating system information — solely for security and hosting diagnostics.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Personal data is processed to:
- handle inquiries submitted via the contact form — basis: user consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and the legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
- conduct anonymous website analytics (Google Analytics) — only after obtaining voluntary consent via the consent banner.
4. Cookies and localStorage
The website uses essential cookies, analytics cookies (Google Analytics — with consent only) and localStorage to remember your cookie preferences for 365 days.
5. Data recipients
Data submitted via the contact form is processed by the Controller only, except for hosting providers and Google LLC (analytics, with consent).
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, object and withdraw consent. Contact: kontakt@mdt.pl.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO).
7. Retention period
Contact form data is stored for up to 12 months from the last contact. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days.
8. Data security
The Controller applies appropriate technical and organisational measures, including SSL/TLS encryption.
9. Changes
